ARC Academy

Overview

Licensing is not required to register for this ARC Event. 

 

ARC Leagues Qualifying and Assignment:

1. Every morning, new drivers are required to participate in the ARC Leagues Qualifying and Assignment to run their qualifying lap times. The ARC Leagues qualification lap times are below. Existing drivers may re-participate to qualify to be assigned up into an ARC League.

 

ARC 2: 1:30

1:36 / 1:34 / 1:32

 

ARC 1: 1:20

1:26 / 1:24 / 1:22

 

ARC 3 1:40

1:46 / 1:44 / 1:42

 

ARC League Semi-Race Session:

2. After the morning ARC Leagues Qualifying and Assignment, drivers will start their semi-race session of the day.


 

ARC Rewards:

3. Drivers will have the optional opportunity to participate in the ARC Academy Rewards. The ARC Academy Rewards will participate in a group activity for a sweepstake promotion giveaway to three lucky winners that can be used toward your next ARC Academy event.

Codes and
Regulations

ARC Leagues Qualifying and Assignment: Codes 1-5

1. All new drivers will be required to participate to run their qualifying lap times to be assigned into an ARC League. Any existing drivers not new to ARC Academy may re-participate to run their qualifying lap times to be assigned up into an ARC League.

 

2. All drivers will be required to grid up at the pre-starting grid to await launch to run their qualifying lap time.

 

3. Drivers will have three (3) qualifying lap times minus the outlap. [4 laps total]

 

4. There will only be three to four drivers separated from each other per qualifying lap times.

[the separation will be determined by the marshall]

 

5. The next three to four drivers will be up next to run their qualifying lap times once the previous three to four drivers have finished with their qualifying lap times and have safely exited the racetrack.

ARC Leagues Semi Race Session: Codes 6-9

6. All drivers must adhere to the flag symbols that are operated by the marshalls and ARC Racing officials. [failure in doing so will lead to either a black flag-furied or an open black flag]

 

7. All drivers are required to have an equipped mounting device for the purpose of mounting either your smartphone or smart tablet to use the Discord app and Hotlap GPS Lap Time. [see codes 8-9]

 

8. All drivers are optional to wear either a wire or wireless earbuds on both ears for the purpose of communication between the driver and ARC Racing & marshall.

 

9. Drivers are required to use the Hoplap Lap Time app in order to monitor their lap times to be recorded onto the ARC Racing servers.
